MatrixLabs ("we") takes your personal data seriously. This policy explains what we collect when you browse this site or contact us through a form, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.
Data you provide: the name, work email, company, title, industry, expected timeline and scenario description you submit through the demo request form.
Technical data collected automatically: anonymised usage data such as browser and device type, language preference, referring page and navigation path. We do not collect precise location.
To respond to your enquiry, arrange demos and follow-up business communication; to improve site content, language routing and overall experience; and to meet legal obligations and keep the site secure.
We process data on the basis of your consent (submitting a form), pre-contractual communication with you, and our legitimate interest in operating the site. The Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, and the GDPR where relevant.
Form data is kept for no more than 24 months after our last contact; anonymised usage data for no more than 26 months. Data is then deleted or de-identified.
We do not sell your personal data. To operate the site we use the following providers, who may process data only on our instructions: hosting and content delivery (Vercel, Alibaba Cloud), email delivery (Resend) and anonymised analytics (Vercel Analytics).
We do not disclose your data to any other third party unless required by law.
Data may be processed in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate. Contractual terms ensure protection equivalent to this policy.
You may access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to specific processing. Write to privacy@matrixlabs.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
This site uses only essential cookies and local storage to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and the principle of least privilege; however, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest revision on this page. Significant changes will be highlighted prominently on the site.
